The Parks 'n Recreation Department has priority when booking the room within the complex for any program, meeting or activity.
The Parks 'n Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a previous booking in order to accommodate it's needs.

This room can be used free of charge for any non-profit group or individual, Board of Education, Town of Kirkland Lake sponsored program, Government sponsored program or senior citizen group.
The above groups are charged a rate of clean up if required (charged at $18.69 + 1.31 = $20.00/hour). The fee for a community profit organization or busness group is $60.00/day + GST = $64.20 |

Bookings: Rooms can be reserved by speaking with the front desk attendant.
Billings: Rooms can be paid for at the front desk, or organizations can be billed if requested.
Note: If specific set up i required, please contract the operator prior to the rental. Rooms cannot be utilized after regular operating hours unless approved by management staff. The booker must be 19 years of age or over and ensure supervision of those in the room.
