Dead ice rate may be applied under the following circumstances:
- if an ice reantal request is received after 4:00 pm
- if the patron requests ice time after 11 pm and there is time available prior to 11:00 pm.
- exceptions will be approved by management
All other ice times are considered non-prime time.

Attention Ice Users
Just a reminder that all ice user groups must remain off the ice until the flood is complete and the Olympia has left the ice. If this is not followed the operator will stop and the flood will not continue until the surface is cleared. Remember ice time is tight and you will be penalizing your entire group by not following this procedure.
