FITNESS


FITNESS IS FOR EVERYONE! It’s physical and it’s habit forming. We are pleased to offer a variety of programs to help you start or keep your personal fitness commitment.

FIT TIPS:

  • All classes are co-ed unless otherwise stated
  • Classes are led by trained CERTIFIED instructors and designed to give safe and complete workouts
  • Classes are rated as beginner, intermediate or advanced. Please choose one to suit your present level of fitness
  • Proper footwear is a must
  • We recommend that you have a medical check up before attending fitness classes
  • Teens are more than welcome to join any fitness class - of course, adult behaviour is expected
