SALE OF SURPLUS LAND

TAKE NOTICE THAT The Corporation of the Town of Kirkland Lake is providing the opportunity to bid on new Residential Single Family Dwelling lots available along Queen Street and Porteous Ave. The minimum bid is $25,000.00.

If you are interested, please obtain a copy of “Queen - Porteous Subdivision SURPLUS LAND PROPOSAL CONDITIONS” from the office of Department of Physical Services at 1 Dunfield Road, and attach a signed copy along with your submitted proposals.

All proposals must be submitted to the Town Hall in a sealed envelope marked “Queen Porteous Building lots” by no later than July 3^rd, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
