Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the Municipality will be received by the Municipal Clerk at Town Hall, until 2:00 P.M. local time on:

Thursday, May 15th, 2008

For the construction of approximately 23,200 tonne of granular road base, 10,500 cu .m. of earth excavation, 220 cu. m. of rock excavation (road grade), 2000 cu. m. of rock excavation (trench), 506 lin. m. of storm sewer pipe, 440 lin. m. of sanitary sewer pipe, 610 lin. m. of watermain, 1020 lin. m. of concrete curb and gutter, 800 sq. m. paving stone blvd., and other related works in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

A certified cheque or Bid Bond of not less than the amount specified in the Tender must accompany each tender and the successful tenderer will be required to provide a 50% Performance Bond upon execution of the Contract Agreement.

Tenders will be opened publicly as soon after the closing time as possible at Town Hall, 3 Kirkland Street West, Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
