Town of Kirkland Lake Election 2010

Municipal Elections in Ontario are held every four (4) years.  Effective 2010, Voting Day for regular municipal elections is the fourth Monday in October.

On Monday, October 25, 2010, Kirkland Lakers will go to the polls to elect:

• a new mayor,
• six (6) councillors and
• school board trustees (for information on School Board Trustees, please contact the appropriate school board)

If you plan to run for election in any of the above positions, this web site is for you. Here, you will find the information you need to effectively exercise your rights as citizen. You will also find the information you need to launch and conduct an election campaign.
