Development of Walking Trails
The
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kirkland Lake enacts as follows:
1.
That
the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Industry Canada (FedNor) for a planning and
engineering study relating to the development of walking trails, Project Number
842-503167, a copy of which agreement is attached and marked as schedule ‘A’ to
this bylaw.

day of May 2008.
