Bylaw to Authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to Execute an Agreement with
Industry
Canada (FedNor) for
The
creation of a District Forest Management Plan
The
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kirkland Lake enacts as follows:
1.
That
the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Industry Canada (FedNor) for the creation of a
district Forest Management Plan, Project Number 842-503451, a copy of which
agreement is attached and marked as schedule ‘A’ to this bylaw.

a first, second and third time, enacted and passed this 6th
day of May 2008.
