A Bylaw to Authorize

the Mayor and Clerk

to Execute an Easement Agreement

Between Hockey Heritage North and Kirkland Lake Gold Inc

WHEREAS the Town of Kirkland Lake desires an easement and right of way on Parcel 11402 CST Part of Mining Claim L1238 and Parcel 1187 CST Part of Mining Claim L1238;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KIRKLAND LAKE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS

That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary agreement, an easement of the land Parcel 11402 CST Part of Mining Claim L1238 and Parcel 1187 CST Part of Mining Claim L1238 form and substance from Kirkland Lake Gold Inc.

READ a first, second and third time, enacted and passed this 6th day of May 2008.
