A Bylaw to Authorize

the Mayor and Clerk

to Execute Documents related

to the purchase of Hockey Heritage North

WHEREAS the Town of Kirkland Lake desires to purchase the entity known as Hockey Heritage North;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KIRKLAND LAKE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS

That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary documents related to the purchase of Hockey Heritage North.

READ a first, second and third time, enacted and passed this 6th day of May 2008.
