A Bylaw to Authorize the Mayor and Clerk

to Execute an Amended Agreement

for the Transfer of Gas Tax Revenue

With the Association of Municipalities of Ontario

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KIRKLAND LAKE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an amended agreement of Municipal Funding for the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues under the New Deal for Cities and Communities with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario, as per Schedule A attached.

Read a first, second and third time, enacted and passed this 2^nd day of March 2010.
