Being a By-Law to Authorize an Agreement

with Margaret Campbell for Animal Control Services

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kirkland Lake enacts as follows:

1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with Margaret Campbell for Animal Control Services, a copy of which Agreement is attached and marked as Schedule "A" to this By-law.
