BYLAW 10-015

Being a Bylaw

to Appoint Auditors

for the Town of Kirkland Lake

WHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 2001, Section 296(1) requires that a municipality shall appoint an auditor licensed under the Public Accounting Act, 2004.

THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kirkland Lake enacts as follows:

1. That Ross, Pope and Company be and they are hereby appointed Auditors for the Town of Kirkland Lake for the fiscal years 2010 - 2015; and

2. That Bylaw 05-050 be and is hereby repealed.

READ a first, second and third time enacted and passed this 16^th day of February, 2010.
