Opening Prayer

Mayor Enouy requested a moment of silent prayer.

Approval of the Agenda

That Council approve the agenda for the Regular Meeting of Council held February 19, 2008 as presented.

Motions Arising from Reports of Municipal Officers and Communications

That the Council of the Town of Kirkland Lake along with the Kirkland Lake & District Labour Council support the workers of Ontario who suffer from Repetitive Strain Injuries by declaring February 28, 2008 as International RSI Awareness Day in and for the Town of Kirkland Lake.

Introduction, Reading and Consideration of Bylaws

That Bylaw 08-015 being a bylaw authorizing Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with DTSSAB for the Purchase of Services for Child Care Fee Subsidies be read a first, second and third time, enacted and passed.

That Bylaw 08-016 being a bylaw authorizing Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with DTSSAB for the DNA & ELCC Special Needs Resourcing be read a first, second and third time, enacted and passed.
