IT IS THE DECISION of the Committee of
Adjustment of the Town of Kirkland Lake that Town
of Kirkland Lake be granted a Minor Variance to change maximum height from '2
storey or 10.5m' to 'up to 4 storey'
Conditions: none.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the last date
for appealing this decision to the Ontario Municipal Board is Mar. 01, 2010 by filing with the Secretary of
the Committee of Adjustment a Notice of Appeal setting out written reasons in
support of the appeal accompanied by a fee of $125.00.
Only individuals, corporations and public
bodies may appeal Decisions in respect of applications for Consent to the
Ontario Municipal Board. A notice of appeal
may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in
the name of an individual who is a member of the association or group on its
behalf.
