NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT

FOR MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATION A4/10

 

The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for the public to express concern or support regarding the proposed Minor Variance to the Zoning By-law.

 

An application has been submitted for 26 & 28 Wishman St., Kirkland Lake consisting of Pcl 5596 & 4578 CST; Plan M-109 T, Lots 15 & 16 in District of Timiskaming.

 

The Applicant is requesting a Minor Variance to consist of permission to increase accessory building area to 17% whereas the Zoning By-law permits 10%. The purpose of the increase is to permit the converting of a second house on said property into an accessory building.

TAKE NOTICE THAT an application under the above file number will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on the date and time and place shown below, under the authority of Section 45 of The Planning Act.

This will be a Public Meeting and any person interested in or affected by this application is invited to attend and will be heard.  Signed written submissions that relate to the application will be accepted by the Secretary before or during the hearing of this application.  (PO Bag 1757, Kirkland Lake, Ontario P2N 3P4).
