The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for the public to express concern or support regarding the proposed Minor Variance to the Zoning By-law.

An application has been submitted for 111 Burnside Drive, Kirkland Lake consisting of Teck PT MC L2100, PT MC L2226 ,Part of Parcel 9272 CST; Part of PARTS 13,18 on TER 14; Parts 2, 4, 5 on 54R-5084 in Timiskaming.

The Applicant is requesting a Minor Variance to include funeral home and chapel as a permitted use for this property.

TAKE NOTICE THAT an application under the above file number will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on the date and time and place shown below, under the authority of Section 45 of The Planning Act.
